We are looking for Therapists (LCSWs and LICSWs licensed in MA) who share our values to join our community. 

The responsibilities of a Staff Therapist at Mountain View Therapy include the following:

• providing services remotely to individuals, couples, and families using Narrative Therapy (we'll teach you)

• maintain records in our practice management software (we have tools to help make this easier)

• be a part of our community by participating in Narrative based supervision, group supervision and training

If you choose to work with us we can provide the following compensation:

Full-time (80 sessions/month)

• 50-70% of all revenue generated by providing therapeutic services

• Loyalty bonus of $600 paid out every 6 months of full-time hours (480 hours)

• Technology stipend $500 every 2 years

• Technology support

• Paid administration hours— $25/hour

• Access to and support with practice management software

• Training stipend $500

• 1 hr clinical supervision weekly

• Support with licensure for LCSWs

• 1.5 hours of clinical group supervision biweekly

• Ongoing training and support in Narrative Therapy

Part-time Benefits (less than 80 sessions/month)-- LICSW only

• 50% of all revenue generated by providing therapeutic services

• Access to and support with practice management software

• Technology support

• Some paid admin hours— $25

• 1.5 hours of clinical group supervision/ biweekly

• Ongoing training and support in Narrative Therapy
