Erin offers an affirming, collaborative space for adolescents, adults, couples, and families. She especially enjoys working with LGBTQIA+ clients and people navigating trauma, neurodivergence, anxiety, depression, substance use, and complicated relationships or life experiences.
LGBTQIA+ Clients • Adolescents & Adults • Neurodivergence • Trauma & Healing • Couples & Families
I believe everyone deserves access to mental health care that respects who they are, where they've been, and what they want for their lives.
I approach therapy with curiosity about the experiences and stories that have shaped you rather than assumptions about who you are or what your life should look like. Whether I'm working with an individual, couple, or family, I'm interested in creating conversations where people can feel heard, explore what matters to them, and discover possibilities that may have been difficult to see before.
As a member of the LGBTQIA+ community myself, providing an affirming therapeutic space for LGBTQIA+ clients is especially important to me.
Exploring identity and sexuality • How trauma continues to show up in the present • Understanding your neurodivergence and what works for you • Navigating anxiety and overwhelming thoughts • Your relationship with substances • Patterns in relationships • Navigating change and figuring out what comes next
I believe Narrative Therapy offers a powerful way to explore the unique stories, experiences, and desires of individuals and families.
Rather than defining people by a diagnosis, problem, or difficult experience, I'm interested in understanding the influence those problems have had while also looking for the values, strengths, relationships, and experiences that tell a fuller story about who you are.
Together, we can become curious about the stories that have shaped your life and make more room for the ones that reflect how you want to understand yourself, your relationships, and your future.
I received my Master of Social Work from the University of Texas at Austin in 2021.
My professional experience has included working with adolescents and adults involved with the criminal justice system, as well as people with histories of complex trauma, sexual abuse, neurodivergence, substance use, anxiety, and depression.
Those experiences have strengthened my commitment to accessible, affirming mental health care and to approaching each person's life with curiosity rather than judgment.
