Linnea offers a supportive, transparent, and creative space for people to explore the stories shaping their lives and identities. She is especially interested in working with neurodivergent and LGBTQ+ clients and in understanding how our experiences, communities, relationships, and larger social systems influence how we come to understand ourselves.
Neurodivergence • LGBTQ+ Folks • Identity & Self-Exploration • Life Transitions • Young Adults
I strive to create a space that feels supportive, transparent, and creative. I'm interested in getting to know your experiences and the stories you've developed about yourself while recognizing that none of us develops those stories in isolation.
Our communities, relationships, identities, and the larger systems around us can all influence how we understand ourselves and the problems we encounter. In our conversations, I hope to create room to explore those influences while staying curious about what matters to you and how you want to move through the complexities of everyday life.
Understanding your neurodivergence and what works for you • Exploring gender, sexuality, and identity • How you see and understand yourself • Patterns in relationships • Navigating change and uncertainty • The impact of social and cultural expectations • Finding ways to manage everyday stress and overwhelm
I believe storytelling can be a powerful catalyst for growth and healing. Narrative Therapy gives us opportunities to explore the stories that have become influential in our lives while recognizing the ways our lived experiences, communities, and societal systems contribute to shaping those stories.
Rather than seeing a person as the problem, I'm interested in becoming curious about the problems affecting their life and making room for stories that reflect their knowledge, values, relationships, strengths, and preferred ways of living.
I graduated from the University of Massachusetts Lowell in 2022 with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and am currently pursuing my Master of Social Work at Lesley University.
My clinical experience has focused primarily on supporting neurodivergent individuals and members of the LGBTQ+ community. As a clinical intern at Mountain View Therapy, I'm continuing to develop my practice through a Narrative Therapy perspective.
